This popular little girl, Charlotte, has been on the Today Show, Inside Edition, Tonight Show, CNN, Fox News, etc. The funny thing is, she seems to know how cute she is.

You can see she is just playing around by the smirk on her face, which makes her little “no” answers even cuter. I just want to squeeze her pessimistic little face!
